Prior to booking, all policies and preparation information MUST be reviewed.
A NON REFUNDABLE booking fee is required to book your appointment. Booking fees are only valid on the date, the time, the service and the artist that it is booked with. Booking fees are in place to ensure you are serious about your appointment.
Booking fees are NON TRANSFERABLE. You cannot transfer your booking fee to another date, another artist or to someone else for them to use.
IF YOU HAVE ANY PREVIOUS PERMANENT COSMETICS, you are required to email clear photos of your previous tattoo work for approval before booking. Not all previous work can be covered or tattooed over. If you come in to your appointment with previous work without prior approval and it cannot be corrected, your booking fee will be forfeited. Previous tattoo work from another studio is considered new client at new client pricing.

If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, your booking fee will be forfeited, and you will be asked to re-book. Please keep traffic, construction & weather in mind when traveling. We will not be able to accommodate for late arrivals as this will put us behind for our other clients and their scheduled times.
For tattoo services, a valid, physical ID is required at the time of your appointment. If you arrive without a physical ID, your booking fee will be forfeited, and you will be asked to rebook.
You may reschedule within 72 hours of your appointment time. Any rescheduling after this time frame, your booking fee will be forfeited, and you will be asked to rebook.
If you no show your appointment, your booking fee will NOT be returned, and you may incur an additional cancellation fee of $50 in order to rebook an appointment.
If you choose to cancel your appointment, your booking fee will NOT be returned, and you may incur an additional cancellation fee of $50.
If consistent rescheduling occurs, you may be asked to pre-pay the full cost of the appointment.
Your 8 week touch-up appointment is included with the cost of your first initial appointment, and it must be scheduled within 6-12 weeks. This complimentary touch up will be booked at the time of your initial session. If you reschedule your 8 week touch up and it falls outside of the allotted time frame, you will be required to book online as an "additional touch-up" with an additional cost. With limited appointment availability, this helps protect the time of your artist.
Tattooing the skin very frequently will result in poor results, so when booking touch-ups, please wait until it is absolutely needed. Spacing your appointments out as much as possible will lead to better results.
Lash Fills must be booked accordingly within 1-3 weeks depending on your lash shedding cycle. Anything past the allotted time frame may be considered a new full set at full set pricing.
If you received a full set lash elsewhere, lash fills will not be accepted. Lash removal will be recommended and a new full set will have to be applied in order to book future lash fills.

Divine Beauty and Brows is licensed as a body art establishment, because of this we do not allow children under the age of 18 in our studio. We strongly encourage you to not bring any extra guests as we have limited seating.
